Welcome to the bringhockeyback.net website (this "Site") which is operated by or for Bring Hockey Back, its affiliates or related companies, referred to collectively as Bring Hockey Back. The following terms govern your use of and/or purchase of products from the Site. Be advised that your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by all of the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement").
BRINGHOCKEYBACK.NET, its material and content is in no way affiliated with any professional sports team or organization. By purchasing BHB merchandise you fully agree and understand that artwork and renderings are to be considered work of an artist and is in no way a representation of any particular individual or organization. Any similarity to potential trademarked material is to be considered parody, and does not depict any real individual or organization. Artist work is for the entertainment of its viewers.
If you purchased an item(s) from Bringhockeyback.net and want to exchange it for a different size of the same design, you can do so by returning the item(s), within 30 days of receiving the shipment, to the address below with a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like. You MUST pay/provide your own postage if you'd like to proceed with an exchange. Please contact our customer service department prior to returning the item to check availability. Item(s) being sent back for exchange must be in new, unused condition. NO scuff marks, human hair, dog hair or any animal hair for that matter, gross stains, weird perfumes, body odor smells, (Yes someone returned something that smelt like BO!)  This needs to be NEW.    We will ship the new items to the original ship to address at no extra charge. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Please check availability by emailing [email protected].
Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Bring Hockey Back for the exchange. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Bring Hockey Back for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country. All sales are final on items labeled, "on sale" "B-grade" or within the "Warehouse sale" tab.  This is because those items are all that is left and we cannot exchange it or re stock it.   If you would like to cancel an order placed or order already delivered to you, we will charge a 25% re-stocking fee.  You will also lose any amount you spent on shipping as well as the transaction fee paypal charges us for the refund. Transacation fees vary per total order amount.  Cancelling an order stops production and the customer is responsible for lost time.
Purchased items will be shipped within 14 business days of the order due to all goods being made to order, although most will be shipped within 4 to 5. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive for domestic orders. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify [email protected]. If you ordered an item marked 'pre-sale' please read the ETA listed within the product info.  An ETA is only an ESTIMATE of when BHB thinks they will be ready to ship out.  Holidays, and other factors like production delays and incliment weather for shipping, can and will delay the ETA listed.  BHB will update all ETA's on the contact page above the message box.  If you order other items with a item marked 'pre-sale', the entire order will ship at the same time. BHB doesn't split orders.  You will receive an email from a NO REPLY EMAIL  [email protected] when your order has been confirmed and shipped.  If you need to edit your order or leave a note on it, PLEASE email us at [email protected] so we can edit your order.  Paypal and Bigcartel do not transfer notes you leave on your order to us when we print orders out.  PLEASE email us prior to ordering anything if you have any questions regarding stock or availability of an item.   If your tracking number is marked as "Delivered" and the buyer doesn't receive the package, or the package is in 'transit'  for an extended period of time, the buyer agrees to open a claim up with USPS or UPS to find their lost package.  BHB will not be held liable and responsible for lost packages domestic, or international as well as any and all customs fees incurred from import duties and fees.  It is buyer's responsibility to input correct shipping address.  If USPS or UPS cannot deliver your goods to the address listed on the order, the buyer is responsible for all re-charges of shipping when BHB receives it back.  Please email [email protected] for any questions regarding your order.  
All orders are shipped USA USPS First Class/Priority and UPS Ground. Rates are calculated through USPS and UPS calculator.  If your order is over $75 you may request signing confirmation free of charge. This is to ensure the package reaches its destination and does not get stolen.  Bring Hockey Back is NOT responsible for missing orders if they have been marked "Delivered" by USPS or UPS.  International orders are shipped USPS first class. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. All comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Bring Hockey Back on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, "Comments") shall be and remain the sole property of Bring Hockey Back.
You agree that Bring Hockey Back may send electronic mail or other communications to you for the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to the Site, about any of Bring Hockey Back products or services, or for such other purpose(s) as Bring Hockey Back deems appropriate.
Although availability may be indicated on the site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery due to all products being made to order.
